Common questions from Day 1 of the 2 day deal

WINE TOUR:
1. You need one Groupon per person in your party PER DAY.  You can buy 24 and take your husband once every month.  You can buy 96 and take a new friend every week.  You can buy 365 but then we’ll need an intervention.  This is for the group tour.  There may be folks you don’t know coming along for the fun.
2.  The coupons last for one year.
3.  Yes, we have availability on the day you want.  Nothing is sold out yet.
4. The best way to make reservations beyond this weekend is to put in a request at www.seattlegreenlimo.com/reservations.html .  We WILL get back to you.  It’s been amazingly busy since the coupon broke.
5. If you want to book a full limo the magic number is 12 people.  If you’re any smaller than that you may end up making some new friends from another group.  If you’re going by yourself then I will ride along with you and be your BFF.
6. The busiest day is Saturday.  Sundays are next.  Most weekdays are wide open so far.
7. We have wineries and breweries we like to go to but we’ll go to any you want.  If the group wants to split up and visit two different wineries we’ll do that too.

9. Tasting fees are not included.  Some places charge.  Some don’t.  Most refund your tasting fee if you purchase wine.
10.  YES, you can bring alcohol and consume it in the vehicle as long as you’re over 21.
11. YES, kids can come but it’s not the world’s best idea.  They’ll be bored.  Have us take them to Wild Waves instead.
12.  If you need a pickup outside the Downtown Seattle, Bellevue or Park N Rides on the Eastside we can do that.  There’s an additional cost.  Email us and we’ll let you know.

AIRPORTERS

1. You can use, and only need, one Groupon coupon PER VEHICLE.  You can use one coupon a year.  If you’re traveling with a partner they can use one too, but not on the same trip.  If you’re traveling with a child they count as a person so they can use a coupon on their way back.  If you’re traveling with 6 children you’re probably Catholic.
2. You can find your price by using your zipcode at www.seattlegreenlimo.com/prices.html   If you don’t see your zipcode then email us at info@seattlegreenlimo.com
3. If you need a ride before Monday call us.  If you get our voicemail leave a message.  If you need one after that just use the online reservation form http://www.seattlegreenlimo.com/reservations.html.
4. The groupon coupon counts for $70.  Just like cash.  You hand it to the chauffeur.  It doesn’t count towards the tip, or the Port of Seattle fee of $5.  It DOES count towards the fuel charge.
5. The groupon CAN be used for trips to the cruise ships.
6. The groupon CANNOT be used for anything other than airporters or cruise ships.
7. The groupon CANNOT make you truly happy.  That comes from within.
8. It’s good for ONE year.  If you’re using two (one for you, one for your husband/wife) then yes, you can use one in September and one in May.
9. YES, we have car seats and booster seats.  No additional charge but let us know when you reserve.
10. NO, we cannot fix the people who bought you a ticket on a 5am flight.

11. WE OPERATE 24/7.

12. The groupon is good ONLY for green vehicles.  That is to say, only vehicles that run on eco-friendly biodiesel.
